saxony ducks

would love to hear and see your saxony ducks! was wondering how they are in mixed flock?

This is our Saxony female my son is in 4H, 2 years ago the one advisor gave us 2 ducklings said the one was a pekin the other he wasn't sure it had been from a mail order he placed. As she got her feathers we figured out she was a Saxony. She is pretty sweet, she sat on a nest last year and 2 of the eggs hatched. The Drake hurt the one and we raised it in the house but we separated them and she kept the other one with her. The one picture is right when we found them hatched, the other is about a week later we let her out and she took the duckling swimming in the creek in our yard.
