I've been lurking on this sight and it's been a real help with getting my flock of chickens started.

My kids and I are raising the chickens together and they even purchased their own birds. I'm looking forward to learning more.

I have a mixed flock because I wanted the variety that comes with having mixed flocks, but I seem to know how to pick those roos.
