This morning I checked on the chicks, and they are all alive! I spotted one Black Australorp already growing tail feathers, and the "Delaware #4" that I wasn't sure about seems to be growing some gray in her white feathers, so I'm more confident she's a Delaware! So the ID'ing of the Delawares seem to be 100% correct, now to wait and see with the Buff Orpingtons...
