I live in rural Pa. and have had chickens for eggs for about six years now. I am hoping to find an answer for the current problem I am having with one of my hens. I hope I can find the answer here, before it's to late. Olivia, the hen below, is not acting like herself, she has slowed down drastically, and has segragated herself from the others. She wanders off by herself, and most times ends up looking to the wall by herself, and seems to stare into thin air. She has not really lost weight, and she seems to be eating OK. Droppings were sticking to her back-side, so I brought her into the bathroom, and trimmed the stuck on droppings from her and put on some topical anti-biotic. I noticed after trimming the feathers she seemed to be red and weeping some liquid from where she lays eggs. She seem very quiet and withdrawn. I'm afraid if I can't isolate the problem she may die. I am not working so it's hard for me to find funds for the vet. Please help with an answer., if you have any thoughts, on items I may have around the house, or herbs I could use to help her, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks.
