Scab on hens leg, limping

Help, One of my hens is limping. I had id tags on my chickens and her leg grew into the skin. I pulled off the id tags on all my birds! She has shown improvement, but is still limping. She has a scab on it. Should i pick it off and put hydrogen peroxide and first aid ointment on it?

I'll try to get some tonight . I 'm on my way to work. It's just a scab and everything else looks normal though.
