Hello! Chicks are about 4 weeks old, but I have one out of the 10 that have a little pimple that has scabbed over. She’s acting normal, eating, pooping.

Should I be concerned? Should I apply anything on it?

As long as your chick is behaving normally in every way, do not be concerned other than to keep an eye on it for any increase in size or redness or leaking pus.

It's most likely a pecking injury that is in the process of healing. Meanwhile, yes, there's something you can put on it to help healing and to protect it from further pecking. It's Blu-kote or Blue-Lotion. It's purple, a neutral color to chickens, so they should be inclined to ignore the bump. You will find it at feed stores.

Careful, though. Blu-kote stains, and it's best to use a Q-tip to apply sparingly.
