So I noticed this chick being lethargic and then saw the eyes. Fowl pox? Or something else? Totally isolated her and awaiting on what to do.
I've also noticed that sick chicks have lower temps...or maybe they seem that way.

I fed them 22% protein concentrate for the first 3-4 weeks and then they had a lot of food. They should have been larger, a lot larger. Also they kept getting sick and dying one by one
One of my fears was fungi, as a lot of food was rotted in the dirt.
all the flock has been on Tylosin (2 weeks ago), something for cocci, dewormed, general antibiotic 3-4 days after birth etc. A lot of them have respiratory issues...driving me nuts. They have a lot of room inside and out and their coop is floored with concrete. I clean every 2-3 days with water hose.
What respiratory symptoms does your flock have? Antibiotics can help with secondary infection due to illness but won't cure respiratory disease. Since it's ongoing even with treatment, you may be dealing with a virus like Infectious Bronchitis or similar.
Rotted and moldy feed can also cause illness and respiratory symptoms. If you haven't done so, do your best to get all that cleaned up and removed.
I would separate her out and keep her warm. Sick chickens are cold and need to be kept at around 75-80F. It does look like she has some scabs, that could be from pecking or scratching the eye due to discharge/illness. The first photo is a bit blurry, but it looks like she has crusties from discharge. Clean the eyes with saline and apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin into the eye.
You mention what you fed the first few weeks, what do you feed now? I would provide the chick starter and poultry vitamins.
