Scabs/lesions on both sides of chicks face

I have a 5 week old who I've been noticing is sort of lethargic/laying down alot and just now saw these 2 scabs on both sides of her face. Any ideas? I just finally nursed her back to health from coccidiosis a few weeks ago and now this! Ugh!!

The scabs are located at the ear, have you notice her scratching at them? It looks like there may be a discharge? Look inside the ear for ear mites or pus/infection.

Could someone else in the flock be pecking at her earlobes?
