So I have two D’uccles and they are currently the bottom of the packing order and one of my older hens is the culprit of what I believe to be pecking order scabs. But the scabs are getting bigger and on one of them the scab got over the nostril.
Their behavior is the same and I cleared the scabbed over nostril and got wound spray on it. They are staying inside for a bit.
Is this more than pecking order disputes?
The images go honey now, oats now, honey -1week ago, oats -1week ago, and then honey -2/3 weeks ago, and oats at the same time

It looks like scabs I've seen after they've had some few fights. Usually, both sides fighting end up with a scratch so that's how I tell who fought.
The problem at hand looks like the scabs on the d'uccles are swelling. There could be an infection possibly, but there might be another reason.
