You might want to make sure they get fresh vegetables (grated carrots etc.) with some germ oil, brewers yeast and easily digestable proteins.

Stop the bread and watermelon as this will lower their overall protein intake to an insufficient level.
Better up the protein level by offering some scrambled eggs in addition to their layer pellets.

They need the additional vitamins too, electrolytes is not enough.
