This is a pic of my light brahma’s feathered feet. Is this scaling normal? And I just noticed her nail is missing on one toe. And that toe is shorter than the rest. She is very shy so I don’t pick her up often, and with the feathers covering her feet, I don’t know what her feet look like normally. She’d been acting strange lately so I looked more closely. Could it be mites? Could it be from frostbite? Our area is very wet in winter and maybe her foot feathers froze?

Raised scales are often a sign of scaly leg mites. This can be treated by applying Vaseline liberally and often to suffocate the mice. As for her nails and toes, I'm not sure.
