I think its mites. Going to try soaking the poor girl in warm water and work on getting rid of them. I will put Vaseline on them once she is fully dry and keep her separate so she can heal in peace.

Don't bathe her, just brush the Vaseline on with a toothbrush. She doesn't need separation
