Scaly Leg Mites ? (Ayam Serama)

Hello,

May I know, is this symptoms of Scaly Leg mites at my Pullets? If so, does this 2 steps is correct treatments? :

1. Soak into warm water (with soap)
2. Apply Vaseline to the leg

Yes, that's the correct treatment. However, those chickens don't appear to have leg mites. If they do, it's a very early infestation. It doesn't hurt to treat just in case, though.

okay noted! Will treat the Pullets as precautions. Does I need to treat my other chicken?

Other chickens does not have Scaly legs, all legs is healthy. My other Chicken lives different coop from this one.
 
It doesn't hurt to treat all of the chickens, but if you don't have time, it's less likely the others have the mites since they don't live with these chickens.
