Would you say this is early signs of scaly mites. Her one foot has always been darker than the other. When I first got her I didn’t have the knowledge on problems that can occur within or outside chickens bodies until now, and if it is I’d like to treat it sooner rather than later. My mom said she thinks it’s just natural discoloration but just to be safe I want to see what everyone else thinks! Photo of just the foot was taken today, and the other was the first week I had them isolated in a cage.

It looks to be regular discoloration. I think scaly mites are things on the legs but I could be wrong. Maybe someone else will chime in.
