Scared chick

My rhode island red who is top hen of the flock is a scardey cat. She shakes whenever I pick her up. I've been picking her up a lot more and usually can get her to calm down and fall asleep in my arms. She's always the first one to greet me when I walk near the brooder.

Will she outgrow her fear? None of the other chicks are like this.

They don't actually fuss as much when caught but they will run if they know I will grab them...... lol. Always have to be sneaky with these chicks.
