Hello all, early yesterday morning a neighborhood dog was chasing my chickens around the exterior perimeter of the the chicken run. All chickens are fine, but one is in what seems a trance-like state. Any suggestions, have any of you had this problem and is there something I can do for her? She's eatting and drinking, but that's about all. Thanks

She may very well be in shock to some degree. As long as things have calmed down, she is eating and drinking, and the other chickens are leaving her alone, I would just wait this out. Good luck with her.

Can you put a second fence of some type around coop/run to keep dogs, etc. farther away from the birds, so they don't terrorize them? A few strands of electric fencing would do a better job of convincing them to stay away.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. Will be working on a fence this week to keep unwanted guests out. My hen is still not acting right. Her symptoms seem stroke like. Limping, lack of balance. Any thoughts?
