I got carried away doing outside work, so am skipping lunch and will definitely want something for supper.
I'm thinking smash taco burgers. Basically a dorado taco, but with a flour tortilla (instead of corn) and the burger smashed onto one side of the shell and cooked that way.
Because I'm out of buns
Cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes, pepitas, olive oil, and some canned mackerel. Then Cherry Garcia for dessert, because we certainly can't have a day of healthy eating!
