Scattered hatch date--can't stop turning eggs

So a while ago I posted a thread about 6 eggs that I took from a broody hen that I didn't trust. OF the 6, 5 were fertile and they are all doing well. But my family decided that since we are using such a huge incubator, they wanted to add 12 more eggs. And then 3 more. And then 7 turkeys eggs that were put in one day at a time. And then 5 more eggs. So we have some super scattered hatch dates all the way into July. But the original 6 (5) are supposed to hatch in 3 days (6/2/22), so I need to stop turning them today. But the incubator egg holders are set on a swinging arm that slowly rocks the eggs all at once. I can't take the holder that the 5 are on without having to tip the entire incubator holders on their sides and take them out one at a time, which is not an option since we have a packed incubator. The eggs aren't turning that much though, would it be alright for them to keep rocking during the hatching time? But another thing I worry about is the space in between the egg holders. It might be horribly possible that a newly hatched might gets it's little foot or leg stuck in between two of the racks and when they rock over the other way, end up crushing the poor thing. We have another incubator that is smaller that we considered moving the hatching eggs into, but the incubator doesn't have as high of a hatching rate as this one. Would it be too much of a risk to move them to another incubator?

I have no idea what to do. Please help.

Any chance you can get ahold of another smaller incubator for lockdown?

How well are you able to control humidity and how rapidly? If I were you, I definitely wouldn’t want to leave the turner in with hatching eggs. I’ve heard of chicks getting stuck in all sorts of places you wouldn’t think about in an incubator.

Would it be possible to manually turn eggs? You can take an egg carton cut the bottom cup part out, and then glue a strip of something to the middle underside so the carton it tilted about 45 degrees, then you can shift it back and forth through the day (minimum 3 times, always odd number). Perhaps make a little “fence” of some sort to segregate the hatching eggs. This all would depend if you can rock the other eggs very quickly and get the humidity lost back up very quickly for hatching. If it’s done quick, the hatching eggs should be okay …

Then set up the more trusted one, get a couple thermometer/hygrometers in there to make sure temp and humidity are okay, and use that as a hatcher for when the eggs are ready for lockdown. As each batch of added eggs get close to hatching, just move those from one to the other. In theory you could just keep a continuous flow of hatching eggs …

That sounds reasonable. We don't actually have a hygrometer though, unfortunately... but we do have strategies for increased humidity for hatching eggs.
