Salty beach air
Sandlewood
Bergamot
The field of blue bonnets/indian pain brush/etc next to us
Tea tree oil
Mimosa trees
 
Cedar
Pine
Fire
Horses
Leather
Rain
Chewing tobacco (no, I don't chew, but every man in my family does, so I grew up with the smell)
Most foods cooking, esp. meat (except the time I made blue cheese pork chops... Feet alert!

Gasoline (I don't know why, my uncle likes it too though, said he used to smell of it when he was a little kid until his dad wore him out lol)
Laundry being done on a crisp autumn night

Rabbit tobacco
Hay (esp. alfalfa)

I know I'm forgetting so much, but oh well lol.
 
feed stores... like the smell of lucerne hay... OMG.. You can't understand how nice a feed store smells until you don't go to one for 6 years...

When I went back into the feed store after all that time I almost cried... (city dweller!)

apart from that:

- Not horses.. but horse breath.. when they breath warm air into your face
- The fresh ocean breeze
- The smell you get when walking through rainforests
- Freshly baked bread
- Rain.....
