Tegan wandered the streets. He had his hood up, blocking the bright sunshine from his eyes. He walked into the nearest Walmart and, using his earnings, stocked up on food. Thus done, he took it back to his small room and stored it. He walked back outside and walked among the crowd.

Ryan sighed as he watched Jamie run off after Preston. Oh well, at least he had some time for himself. A smile played at the corners of his mouth before disappearing entirely. He decided to take a walk in the woods, perhaps find the lake he had heard of. He set off in a similar direction Preston and Jamie had taken but didn't mind where is feet took him.
His footfall soft, almost imperceptible, he moved like a dark shadow though the forest, admiring the trees and plant life surrounding him. Listing to the birds and small creatures of the woods. It had been quite a while since he had taken the time to appreciate the world around him....he had thought it would make him more vulnerable but....
Now he just wished he had done it more often. It was so peaceful...his muscles relaxed and his mind stopped racing as he entered a small clearing. A huge tree grew close to the middle, the kind that was perfect for climbing. He quickly pulled himself up into it's sprawling branches, higher and higher. He could see the School from the top boughs but was pretty sure no one would be able to spot him amongst the foliage.
Looking around, he breathed in the mossy scent of the leaves around him and did something had had not done genuinely for years....
He laughed. Long and loud, a huge grin spreading across his pale, thin face. He fell back against the trunk and pulled out his history book, flipping through its pages again for lack of a better thing to read.
After a while, he climbed back down, noticing the position of the tree so he could find it again and made his way back, careful to make sure no one saw him. Before he entered the school again, he allowed himself one last smile. If he was ever tired of to many people or needed some time to himself he could simply step out for a peaceful read in his tree.
He went back up to his room and sat on the window seat, staring out into the landscape below.

Dlyan watched the waterfall slow down and frowned. He shifted into an eagle again and flew upriver to find what had disturbed the water. He soon came to the lake, and saw Luna skating on the ice. He landed on a branch that was not covered in ice and settled himself before shifting back to his human form. "Hi" He called out

She'd thought she was alone, that no one came here. How had this guy gotten here? She'd seen him around the school, but had never actually talked to him, besides a few passing words.

Ther blended with the building, drawing from the octopus. Then, drawing from the gecko, she climbed up to meet Tegan. "Hi." she said, back to her normal coloration.

Luna's eyes widened and she lost her footing. She caught herself with her wings and hovered above the ice, her ice scared disappearing. She turned towards the voice. "Sorry, didn't mean to scare you. I just came to find out why my waterfall slowed down." He blushed a little as he realized he had called the waterfall his. He shook his head, "I'll go if you want me to." 

"It's fine. I just wasn't expecting anyone... No body ever comes here, so I didn't expect for anyone to her pop up." She she flew over to the edge if the lake and landed, making all the ice disappear, from the lake and forest. "Sorry for freezing 'your' waterfall." She smiled, letting him know it was meant as a joke. "I..... Kinda lost control of my gift for a bit." She shrugged, tucking her wings behind her back.
