(Well Electrokinesis means like, he gets the electricity the same you would with static electricity, but he does it much faster then normal people, so is able to produce more powerful electric shocks. He could also generate electrical fields, if he knew how to use his power.
The radio wave thing is pretty much stuff traveling through the internet, but she doesn't know what it is or how to use it. If she did, she could look something up in her head, but that would make her really tired. she mostly just listens to random things floating through the radio waves because that isn't very exhausting. )
