"i want to go to france!" she said and smiled. then everything came into view and was clear again. she doubled over in pain her eyes squeezed tight in pain. "amber!" she said crying hard now. the wave of shock had left and all the pain was back but worse. she hated electricity.

Amber turned and held on to Angel as she doubled over. "I'm here, we gotta get to the nurse. just a little further." She said, looking over her shoulder to the door she had been going towards just a moment before.

angel nodded and tried to walk. she made it to the door before collapsing in darkness and pain.

Amber caught her, lowering her to the floor so she could open the door to get the nurse.

angel walked around crying in her mind. she wasn't trapped just to hurt to stay awake and the pain continued through her mind.

A couple of nurses came back with Amber to carry Angel into the infirmary and start healing her. Amber waited in the waiting room as the nurses did their job.

angel didn't react to anything they did. but screamed in her mind out of pain. you know that saying when some body says that when your asleep you don't feel any pain, well it was so not true for her at the moment.

(Uh, when the nurses heal you, they actually heal you. So, it doesn't take very long for the pain to go away and the wound to heal.)

angel relaxed and fell into a real sleep, the pain going away.
