who teaches you?

My mom or dad teaches me.

Yup.

Unless you're like me and love doing school and do it yourself. I've done that since 10th grade (I'm a senior this year), and did it halfway in 8th and 9th. My mom still helps out - giving writing assignments, explaining stuff that I don't really get, etc - and she teaches my younger siblings. My dad's a truck driver so he doesn't do teaching. He's the superintendent. Mom's the principle.

I teach myself history.

Actually, with the Classical method, you sort of have to teach yourself in the higher levels. You're given your assignments at the seminar, do them over the week, and turn them in at the next one. It's a neat system, I think.

My fav Casting Crowns right now is... I think... Who Am I.
Chris Tomlin and my favorite Christian song in general: I Will Rise
Third Day: Call My Name And yes, I agree with you

Don't know much about the other bands..
Barlow Girl: I believe in Love
Kutless: What Faith Can Do (But I don't think the band has good thology in their songs)
Sanctus Real: Lead Me
etc...

Who Am I has brought me to tears actually. It's one of CC's best ever.
Yeah, some of Kutless' songs are a little iffy. (And you gotta wonder about all those guys' tattoos...

) Sea of Faces is pretty good though, with What Faith Can Do.
There are maybe 2 songs from Third Day I enjoy. One of them is Tunnel, and I don't remember the other one - something about a mountain...
Oh I'd forgotten about I Will Rise! I haven't heard it in a while.
Let's see... Newsboys... Oh that song we sang a couple weeks ago at the evening service... is it I Come Running? "Towards Your light I come running, I come running" I am not sure about the name of it... OH YES! I think it's Glorious! "Glorious, You remain glorious / Though I stumble though I fall / You remain glorious / Towards Your light I come running, I come running / Into Your arms I come running, I come running."
I haven't heard much of Barlowgirl. I think I may have heard Enough a couple times. I'm not too keen on them though because, as my mom says, they look "sleazy."

That's kind of a pet peeve of mine. The majority of the female artists dress like that. I used to like ZOEgirl, but after seeing their website and pictures of them, I decided they look and dress and act too "worldly" I guess. (And I don't care for the groaning noises either.

) I enjoy listening to some of Joy Williams, and a little-known artist named Lyndsay Taylor. (She's got a couple CDs on Amazon.)

Okay... I've kinda hijacked the school thread here...

Oh well.

Yes, Who Am I and I Will Rise brought tears to my eyes... I also like CC's new one: If we've ever needed you.
I wonder about them also..
Yes, I have heard that one by News Boys!!
Right, I haven't seen them but I just heard that song.

Do you know:

Starry Night ~ Chris August?

Yes, If We've Ever Needed You is another great song.

I'll look that one up... Somewhere it rings a bell but I don't remember.
