I checked out there web site and it looks like they have nice healthy birds that should produce large healthy squab. The birds looked to me to be utility type king crosses witch are grate meet bird. I didn't see were they sold to the public but I'm sure they would and hay you could just buy the whole place for $950,000.00

I think most of the folks on BYC raise pigeons as a hobby, not for meat. You may want to do a google search for a pigeon forum that can answer more of your questions about that part.

get yourself a utility breed and cross them with some race birds, the squab grows a lot faster than pure utility..

Welcome to BYC ! Their are several breeders of squab on the meat bird section of BYC. Bet if you post there you will get lots of answers.
