Sci fi/fantasy books

Does anyone here have really great suggestions for fantasy genre novels? I’ve read game of thrones and the eragon series, plus others I’ve forgotten but I really want to get back into reading. I don’t necessary want to read the most popular, just what is a super great story. Let me know what’s up and thank you!

Project Hail Mary! It's not a series, just a standalone, but it's one of the better sci-fi books I've read recently.

Oh, and if you're okay with something a little more low brow, I LOVE the Throne of Glass series for fantasy. My husband and I read them last year, and it's one of the funnest reading experiences I've ever had in my life. Sarah J Mass' books are very digestible.

The Dragonlance Chronicles - 3 books. I read them so many times over. I love it. The only fantasy books I read.
