Scissor beak AND one eye

I recently got a chick from where I work that has one deformed eye and scissor beak. Anyone have any experience with this problem or know if this little chick has a chance?

She'll probably always need some extra TLC and special attention, but chickens are pretty hardy critters. I have a little runt chick with a bad leg and eye and he is doing very well. I'd definitely give your little one a chance. Maybe this article with help out with ideas on what to do for the scissor beak:

I'll be honest I didn't have high hopes at first but she's eating on her own and drinking just fine! Fingers crossed and hoping she continues to do well!!!!
