Scissor beak help!

Was she born like this? Also what is their crop and how do you tell if it is full? I have a chick that was born with crossbeak and I am trying to figure out how to care for it

She was born with it, yes, but was almost unnoticeable before it progressed. I’m not an expert so bear with me, sorry!
Crop is where the food initially goes, right after being swallowed. You can feel it at top right if the chickens breast. I’ve noticed ours feels softer than others and I’m guessing that’s because of the wet feed. She eats until she can’t, so hers feels almost like a loose water balloon. It should be easy to find after they’ve ate, can compare yours to the others for help finding it
