What do you use to clean poop from shavings? I've seen the Goliath litter scoop and others similar, am not sure if the pine will fall thru and leave the poop though. Currently I've been trying to use a plastic rake turned up side down.

We are using pine shavings, made from our chipper, on the floor of our coop. I do mix it all up, when adding new pine. Going for more of a DBM, not DLM (coop has a wood floor). No poop board or sling (yet). 7 pullets in 8x10 coop, with 12x20 run.

Get the poop boards in.
I clean the boards each morning. It takes about 7 minutes for 20 birds.
The coop floor gets cleaned out annually.
