Scrambled Eggs as a treat?

I have 6 wk old chicks. In order to teach them to "go to bed" everynight. I would put scrambled eggs in their coop. (my coop is in the heated garage for now) Anyway. They caught on quickly so now it is hysterical. Before I get to the garage they are in their coop crying and crowing for their eggs.
