Scrambled eggs for poults?

Yes. they love them. And have good protein. Don't spoil them too much though! You don't want them to end up rejecting their dry food.

Can baby turkeys eat scrambled eggs? They are 1wk old.
I recommend hard boiled and crumbled over scrambled. Hard boiling does not add anything to the egg such as whatever you use to fry the eggs in oil be it oil, butter, etc.

I microwave mine...crush up the shell right in the bowl and nuke it.
Egg shells should not be fed to baby poultry. The extra calcium can be harmful to their kidneys. It is fine to do that for laying hens but not for baby poultry.

I didn't know this! My chicks (chickens) have only had it a few times but I will keep this in mind. I thought the shells would be good for their grittiness.

Egg shells just like oyster shell have no value as grit. They start dissolving as soon as they get wet.

Most chick starters will have around 1% calcium. Most layer feeds will have around 4% calcium. Laying hens need the extra calcium. They tell you not to feed layer feed to non laying chickens, chicks and roosters because the excess calcium can cause kidney damage in the ones that are not using it to make the egg shells.
