Scrape above beak?

I went back down to the coop to check on the girls this a.m. and found one of my BO's and my Australorp have the same scrape above their nostrils...

Should I worry? It is fresh, so it happened after I let them out this a.m. I am guessing it might be from the hardware cloth. Something might have spooked them and bashed into it? Or perhaps they are just clumsy. They don't seem to peck at each other at all... nor do they both seem bothered by the injury.

Sometimes you can never tell what actually happened. Maybe they had a squabble between them and each pecked the other. Could be someone had a tasty treat and during keep away they did run into the hardware cloth.

That looks like an injury mine had from flying into the hardware cloth.
