I had it at my maternal Grandma's home all the time growing up when we'd visit. They were in MD.

I loved it and you can't forget the ketchup... the first recipe does not sound like what she made....sounds like something I'd try though.

Every year since I was born until I hit my 21st birthday... dap nap it... cuz mom and dad built a cabin instead and we stopped going. :cry huh, 15 yrs. ago BUT I'd like to take my girls sometime soon. We visit Ocean City, Md and Galena.

and chickens were not on my mind then... but scrapple and Grandma's cupcakes and Uncle Donny's peaches were... mmmmm..... huuuungry.....
