Scratch grains

We have been looking at different brands of scratch grains and it appears that their is a difference in preservatives. Some manufacturers use soybean oil others use propionic acid. I would think that the soybean oil is healthier and was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts on it.

Interesting. I never looked at that info. Did you find one you think is better?
 
I am leaning towards the Kalmbach with the soy bean oil as the preservative.
