Scratch marks and an inflamed foot?

She moves pain free and is making her normal chick sounds. She seems to be acting normal. And there is nothing she could of injured her foot on. Unless she twisted it funky while walking
Chickens are really good at hiding pain. Once they start showing pain it's usually pretty bad. If you cant get her into the vet then maybe try an epsom salt bath. I'm almostboositive there is an infection starting or already there, just not sure why.

I agree 100%. I already have started them. I'll do them daily and reapply the blu-kote afterwards
 
UPDATE:

her foot is still swollen today, but is looking better. Still doesn't cause her pain. She just got done with another epsom salt foot soak and got some more blu-kote applied. She also has a vet appointment tomorrow
