scratching face, shaking head

It sounds like the start of canker. I recommend that you get her started on Metronidazole 250mg, give her one tablet orally each day for 5 days. Keep in mind that canker is contagious to other birds via waterers and infected chickens will be carriers. Acidified copper sulfate at a rate of 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water for 3 days straight once a month will keep it in check.
Here's where you can get the Metronidazole:

Acidified Copper Sulfate:

X2 what Dawg said:)
Canker can spread quickly, so I would begin treatment as described in his post.

Thank you both so much. In either the case of it being canker or a respiratory infection should I just be treating all of my girls? She has long contaminated their feeder and waterer.

Also... I have nystatin cream from a yeast infection my daughter had. While I wait on other meds would it be ok to put a little in a treat and have her eat it?

Canker (Trichomonosis) is caused by a protozoa. Metronidazole is an antibiotic (with antiprotozoal properties).
Nystatin is an antifungal medication, so it would not be effective against canker.

I have ordered said drugs. I was unsure if there was something I could do to help her in the mean time is all. I had read somewhere about nystatin. I'm completely ignorant when it comes to certain illnesses that I have no had to deal with yet so I had no idea if that was false or not. I asked you guys as I trust the recommendations and treatments you have provided me. I just wanted to try to help her feel better and stop the spread before the meds come in if possible.

Thanks again!!

Also, I know to treat the flocks water but wasnt sure with how contagious it is if I should go ahead and direct treat them as I am going to my hen in the video? (With the pills for 5 days). Everything you suggested I have purchased. Just trying to be thorough

If she is the only one that has the canker sores inside the beak, treat only her with the Metronidazole.
The rest, use the Acidified Copper Sulfate.

It can all get very confusing! I understand you want to help her. Have you separated her?

She is the only one that has any visible sores and is salivating like she is . She is separated into our shed at the moment.

I went and handle my other girls before I went and checked on her again this am. It seems there are a few girls shaking their heads today. There is no mucus spraying like my other hen had but I feel a few more of the girls are feeling off . I noticed when I went out today to check out my isolated hen that the mucus was certinaly coming from her mouth. Not her nostrils. She had gotten it everywhere yesterday so it was hard to tell for sure where it was coming from . She is not spraying her mucus as much today but when I opened her mouth it was very obvious.
Her crop still feels a bit empty. What can I do to help her want to eat until she's treated? And are there any withdrawal periods from either of these medicines I am going to be giving them?

Again, thanks so much I really appreciate all of the help when I dont even know where to begin.

Was her crop empty before she had anything to eat/drink? I would be worth checking for a few days.
Try some wet feed that may be easier to manage than dry feed.

I don't believe there is a withdrawal period for Acidified Copper Sulfate, but the Metronidazole, I would think it does have withdrawal period since it's an antibiotic, but I have not found any information about that.
Dawg might know, hopefully he will chime in if he does.

Yes, her crop has been empty since yesterday when I noticed the issue and started doing investigation lol. Okay, I can just play it safe and do a 2 week withdrawal. That seems to be a safe timeframe without knowing for sure. Maybe I'll make some mash and put some egg in it for protein and make it more enticing for her to eat. Thanks!!
