Scrawny pullet - how to fatten her up?

I have a pullet around 11 weeks old who is essentially healthy but is all bone and feather... her siblings are fine, fat birds, but she is such a runt. I've seperated her from the rest of the flock in case she is being hen-pecked and starved by her cage-mates, but she just doesn't seem to be hungry. What can I do to fatten her up a bit? She feels just awful when you pick her up, though she's active enough. She has always looked a little 'dopier' than the rest though... don't know if this means anything!

Have you treated her for coccidiosis/ worms?
If not I would hit her with someting for coccidiosis/ worms then you can try this to put some weight back on her...-
