We'll all be there to hear it Kathy, and you know that we'll be there for you.

Be sure to post the link where ever you should put the whole story. I think many of us would like the opportunity to express our disgust at the practices and policies of this woman in a more widely viewed forum. She needs to learn that there are serious consequences to be suffered from her treatment of customers, and the general public needs to be made aware of how badly she treats her clientele!

If you ask me, everything about this person just screams out THIEF!

Well house owner is shooting herself in the foot...I am scheduling an appointment to see this property either tomorrow or Wednesday

It is about 3 miles up the road from where we are now...double the acreage...ten years newer....gas cooking and gas heat pump....wood stove....barn and all.

I keep telling this woman I DO NOT FLINCH! I am seeing a mortgage broker on Friday and it might well be for this other property if she is not very careful.

Ohhhh!! A creek!! I see a creek to the south east of the property. Is it ON the property or does it just pass nearby? How is the house for being at a safe elevation from that creek in the face of possible flooding? Oooooheeee!! I see a pond! Is that on the property too? Wouldn't your duckies just LOVE that!?!

If this silly woman doesn't come to her senses soon, and this is what you really want LH, then I'll keep my fingers crossed that you can set everything into motion quickly to get the other house. We're all running out of summer and fall pretty quickly, and I for one would feel much better knowing that my friend is safe and snug in her new home!
