I hope all three of these are pullets. The first blue really has nice lacing. The second blue takes after her Ameraucana side of the family (and feathered legs from the other side of the family). Miss Olive or a Blue Marans could be the mama. Lavender Ameraucana is the sire of both of them. The Delawegger is ...... well, a Delawegger!

Kathy...Maddie is beautifully laced like your gal too. Trouble had the most amazing muffs and beard the silly girl.

The girls starting to settle in for bed...a few went in early to get the best spots. hahahaha

Here are some of the babies running amuck and using the newly installed roosts...oh they had so much fun hopping around in that big ole pen. hahahaha

Cyn...this is the male I am going to keep I think...he is a little lovebug too and I love his mask....sitting next to Sapphire far left in pic

Those is some realllllllly blue eyes in that last picture! Looks great with all those red combs!

We discussed what to do with the chick in the garage (Marek's), she eats, drinks, preens, and gets around, and hubby will not do the deed at this time because she's not suffering. I think we may be taking her to the vet when the time comes. Some are just not easy to euthanize. I'm thinking of moving her into my bedroom till then.

I wonder if you can give a chicken enough vodka to make them pass out?

Grandson visited today.
He isn't old enough to be afraid.

Last visit he did this - (note, he doesn't really hit, but he likes to think he does)...

Wilma got back at him today, and got into the pool that he (Kayson) was wanting to get into.

and then she pinched his ear.....*

*Note: No tears were shed, but it sure did shock Kayson. He turned around and played some more.
