I am considering this whole book thing...I have a draft of sorts. A chapter on the girls arriving in 2008, a chapter for Thor, one for Severus and others, and now one for Hector and one for Rufus. I did not write it precisely as I was tired but I cannot believe that Toad of a man thought I was hiding his Guinea. The idiot. Even more amazing is that this man who has never bought a bag of feed that I have seen...says "why do they come down here?" Ummmm well maybe for FOOD and a sage place to sleep! Ack...idiot I swear.

My turkeys are already flying up to roosts in the day time. I wonder how long it will be before they are flying out of the pen.

Beau is becoming my little buddy along with Shadow, Sapphire and Zeke. But Beau hates the camera..he attacks it constantly, a trait he got from his father huh Cynthia? LOL

Riley is so sweet and beautiful...I had so hoped for one that looked like her before Dutch became a butthead but alas it was not to be. I sure wish there was some way to help these gals with laying issues outside of hysterectomy surgery. *sigh* It just seems so unfair for them to die so young because of laying eggs...it just sucks! That is why I let mine take time off and do not induce layin and such with extra light...their little bodies need the break in my opinion. I hope Riley passes easily and does not suffer and dwindle down. Sweet sweet girl.

My 9 eggs are in lockdown...2 from Rufus and the rest from your flocks. Snow's baby was not moving around much but the egg looks good so I am keeping my fingers crossed. That was the only one I candled as I was locking them down.
