Kathy,
Please refresh my memory on the dosage of denaguard. Ihave one hen that tested weakly suspect for ms.
I finally got all the others moved to their new quarters. I have a lady coming to get some hens and a roo from me next Sat. so that will bring me down to my winter flock num. 12 hens and a roo. Only prob. is I will have one extra roo I am not willing to part with. Sigh , It is hard to give away or sell some of them. I get to loving the little critters to much. He is a sweet little Americauana wheaten one.

Cyn. that quilt is beautiful and will be the center piece of a room. Gloria Jean.

Finished Ellie's quilt and just pieced a fall table runner (Tim, are you paying attention??)

You betcha I am! Very nice.

Tim, if you like it, then I will get going on the quilting part and will probably be ready to mail it out to you within a week. Just let me know if you want this one for sure. When it's quilted, it will really pop! I love this pattern. Lacy Blues is correct, it is not very difficult to piece, comes together nicely and has wonderful visual appeal. The size from point to point, lengthwise, is about 36", width is approximately 14", not huge, but lovely for a centerpiece. And not many quilt by hand anymore, it seems. I love the look of fine hand quilting.

Beautiful quilting! Cyn, you have an eye for color.

CrazyHen, I have 7 extra roos I can't part with! Some roos are just sweet and huggable, and nice to the girls!

Between yesterday and today, I sold 2 roosters and 7 pullets. It looks sparse and sounds quiet around here. My bantam coop now has only my porcelain D'Anver rooster, 3 D'Anver hens, 2 D'Anver pullets (one is 30 weeks, one is 28 weeks), and my still broody LF Silver Phoenix hen, Molly.

Gideon has a wonderful new home as well, so I am down to one LF rooster (Isaac) and one bantam rooster. It's been a very long time since I've had this few roosters here.

Been thinking about what to repopulate with when I do hatch more for the flock. I need to think of true homestead type breeds who forage and do fine in either cold or hot weather. So far, that would mean my Barred Rocks, maybe more heritage RIRs and perhaps Brahmas in place of my Ameraucanas that I really do like, but who do not forage that much nor do they lay really large eggs. My Brahmas, Caroline and Miranda, never seemed bothered by weather extremes nor were prone to any issues, and they were always foraging with the BRs and Delawares.

Of course I like it. Orange is my favorite color and the size is just right for where I want to put it. I showed it to DW and she likes it too.

Ladyfingers with almond nails, of course. They sure are freaky, though!

Tim, I started quilting it tonight, but my fingers began tingling. Guess I started too late after a long day of working, so will start on it fresh tomorrow. It won't take long to do. I'll have to get your address and all again. Same price you mentioned, including shipping. I think I can get it in the smallest priority mailing box without much trouble.

Preventative is 8cc's to a gallon of water
Treatment is almost double the preventative dosage, 15cc's to a gallon of water.

Give as only water for 3-5 days, repeat in 3 weeks
