Well my best friend from birth flew in from Minneapolis today. It was great to see him! He and some other old friends came over and we had a blast- we are going SWIMMING this weekend!!

The chicks managed to fly out of the brooder, so I had to move them to brooder #2, the dog crate that I wanted to sell. Oh well. Don't you like it as a brooder??

It's actually pretty roomy in there, but pictures don't show it well. Once the boys leave it will be even more.

Oh Hawkeye....I wish I had been given a chance to meet him...what a sweet boy to his mama. Sadly he passed before I made it to GA.

Those chicks are growing like weeds Nick. They have plenty of room in that crate. I have trios of bantams of them in the basement for the winter....they are happy as little clams.

Yes they are! I saw a video of your bantams that you posted.

I found some old wood from the last project that I put in the brooder as a roost. Of course they all stuck to the stuffed animal.

I find my posts on here weird since I make such a big deal out of every single thing I do with them, and everyone else has hundreds of em' running around in all these different brooders, LOL.

You think you make a big deal out of it? HA Just do a search for the name Thor with posts by me. I loved that boy something fierce and every little thing he and/or Cannonball did for 9 months was posted... Check out this thread and add about 100 pictures to each stage of those

So carry on...it is not weird to me at all.

Oh, I know how much your loved that boy! He sounds very special. I just read that Cyn has come to the conclusion that Suede has officially lost his fertility.

No No Nick, she is wrong...it is those women I tell ya ... they are defective or just lazy and they do not want any more kids. Suede is PERFECT!

Serrin, Thanks, I will let DH know about this. I am sure he will appreciate it too!
I love the pics of Gooby and Mom!

I think I may have found the part DH needs and it is only $8.00. I printed the info and will give it to him when he gets home tonight. Thanks again!!
