That's what the Dalton show was like last time, too. I saw Bantam Partridge Wyandottes, a few bantam RIRs, sebrights and maybe one Silkie and a blue Wheaten Ameraucana hen who ate her own egg in front of the judge, LOL. Most were OEGBs.

Was at a flea market (really a private house just off Hwy 515 made into a flea market) and saw a cute OEGB hen running around. No one lived around there at all, so she must be wild. She ran when she saw me and disappeared.

Scott that sounds disappointing indeed, sorry about that. I loved our little Bluegrass show that sarah and I went to...tons of bantams, LF, Geese and Ducks. Nice breeder birds. You and Landon should come up this year and go with.

Nick, you got some great advice about that gap...take care of that just to avoid any potential problems. That Jess is spoiled rotten already, that is how Cannonball began and she is a mess now so watch out.

Amy, she looks happy in her new broody home. So how much longer till she is due?

Brandon, those partrdige cochins are gorgeous...we really have to talk about a pair of those for moi? If Cyn is not successful in getting me Suede babies, Beth has said she will bring me eggs from Ultrasuede (Suede's son) so I could hatch us both some blue orp Suede grandbabies.

Just let me know if you want to and I will ask her to go ahead and bring them with. I am still hoping for Suede babies too.

Nella sat on her butt on the couch and did NOTHING all day. Weather was stinky, so I stayed inside.

Me and Lucy enjoyed a nice nap on the couch. Cats are like little heating pads. Glorious.

Still haven't found a home for Riley's son. Look at this cutie-roo! He looks just like his mother except he has a near perfect single comb.

When we get a chance, LH, we'll trim butt-fluff and maybe put some eggs from Suede's ladies in the March batch that will get started about March 17.

Cyn he is such a handsome boy. I am not giving up on Suede yet but I could use more girls too so I could get some from Beth and be able to share with Brandon. You know how I am with my blue birds...if I only had a few I would hoarde them but if I have Suede babies and eggs from Beth, I could find it in my heart to share a few.

Cyn,
What is the deal here? You did not even mention that he is ISAAC's son! Riley, yes, but you didn't even mention my man, Isaac!

Oh yes, he is a looker, for sure ..... but that is because of his daddy, Isaac!

Forget that Suede fellow .... you need to focus more on Isaac, the good guy there!

Kathy, I completely understand

Dh spent the day shoveling snow off the roof. He said in some areas it was 30 inches deep. Most of it was two feet deep.

Poor Kathy!

The gap will actually be covered by a thousand bricks that have been ting around here for a thousand years.

I'm tired... So that's all I will say. Night.
