I am still trying to find a name for one of the Delaware grow-outs! I am thinking it's a girl, now. Family back home needs to send me some pics. My next door neighbor said Dellilah, but I really don't like those named that go with the breed... Said as I have a BR named Pepper!

Dellilah would be my second Del with a name stolen from Cyn, anyway (along with Cassidy)!

Anyone have names? It is the gender confusing chick. Doesn't like too be picked up, but is happy once in my lap. Always jumps on to my legs. So, really a friendly bird, but she likes to decide when to be held, I guess. I always referred to her as Chase when she was younger. Should I just stick with Chase? I called her that because my friend, BYrC member black feathers' name is Chase, and she had many black feathers spread all over her. They are just now beginning to fade. What do you think? I'm horrible at naming.

Okay... I checked with my poultry meet-up thing... You can have one rooster out of the 25.

Cyn...what on earth did Dusty do but more importantly how did she do it? You know when I tell Delilah of this copycat routine she is going to be thoroughly disgusted. She is the only, known to man, living South American Orpington....how could Dusty even think to try something so shameful?

For those of you who do not know...I have the only living South American Orpington...Delilah she is an Orp in every way except the back of her comb lays over....a South Amercian Orpington trait. She is special.
