Let's keep passing that stuff around.

I must discuss the Diva Do....aka Joleta Bey. Miss Diva has a new tactic and game...she wishes to play tag with me. Tag in her 1000lb world consists of her sneaking up on me, shoving me with her muzzle and waiting for me to turn and tell her "You go away" and then she proceeds to run away with me chasing her...about 15 - 20 fet or so, I stop and turn away and she stops and begins to chase me. When I stop, she waits for me to turn and tell her "You go away" and it starts all over. Now, not a bad game except that with my cracked ribs chasing a horse and being chased by one is painfully fun. The downside....if you do not play tag with the Diva Do when she wishes it, she runs over to chew on a fence post, gets scolded and then pouts. Hahahahaha. A couple days ago she popped in the backside with my dish towel for her post chewing escapade. What a brat! But I must also say "she is perfect!"

Knox...she and I make my husband crazy. He was yelling at us the other day about playing tag. He was screaming "What are you two doing? What if she does not stop and runs you over? What blah blah"

I stopped and as I did Jo skidded to a halt sending dirt flying and I laughed and said "See she has brakes". He just shook his head and yelled at both of us. My theory. "Eh whatever". She really does not have a mean bone in her body (towards a human) and I think she would throw herself down before she ran me over but accidents can happen and they do so if it happens I will deal with it then. She and I have have fun and that is what matters to me.

She does not have a pasture buddy...she has me here all day to spend time with her whenever. She likes human company. She gets very frustrated with horses passing by that do not do as she tells them. She is very alphaish and the undisciplined nags irritate her.

LH, she played like that when she was a baby - I have had a couple of horses like to play tag over the years- and don't worry, if her brakes don't work, she will jump over you.

You are VERY correct about her not having a mean bone in her body, unless she takes a dislike to someone, like idiot horse transporters.
Oh, just wait till she tries to pull your sweatshirts off you.

Cool weather is on the way - after this past summer, you will NEVER hear me complain about winter again!
