I have rescued a male adult pekin duck and looking for a female to place with him. He was with a small family but due to the conditions of his former home he now lives with me. Would anyone know where I can find a female to join up with him for his mental stability?

Doesn't have to be a Pekin either. Just another larger type Duck Hen..Preferably a couple of Hens because breeding season can be hard on a single Hen..Or find another Drake.

Yes I did. I have yet to find any live ducks. I finally broke down and bought 2 ducklings. So far he has showed no interest in them at all. I have them save and near him so maybe he will go investigate them.

You can look at animals in need of free rehoming or your state thread, if you don't see anyone who needs to find their ducks a home, you can post their too.

Just make sure the drake won’t be in physical contact with the ducklings unless supervised because drakes in hormonal rage can’t be trusted
