Seafood for chickens?

I work for a seafood restaurant and we cut our own fish. Could I give scraps (including bones) to the chickens? If I can, do they have to be cooked or can I feed them raw?

I know they'll eat just about anything but I just don't know if its safe.

I've given mine left over fish. I've also read posts here saying that they had given the fish carcass after they had been filleted. Bones, insides and all. Said the fish loved it. Also said they had never had a problem. Good Protein.

I give mine leftover salmon. They loved it. It was cooked.

I have given mine left over alaskan king crab and the shells. They love them and pick them clean.
