Searching for a NPIP certified tester to attend a local swap twice a month. The swap is located in Pope County Arkansas the first and third Saturdays

We are looking for a private tester to come out the first and third Saturdays of the month to perform testing for our swap. We are very willing to pay a flat rate fee to do this or per bird however the individual would like. We currently do not have a private tester in our county and haven't been able to reach any of the others outside of ours. We are willing to become certified but will not be able to until next spring due to there not being another certification class until Spring.

No we are wanting to have a swap at our flea market for local chicken people. We cannot do so without a tester on sight to test every bird that comes in.
