I've contacted GoDaddy about photo thefts before and they do absolutely nothing about it.

If the pics are not copyrighted there is nothing you can do. Ive seen my pics used before and enjoy it. Your Pic will probably bite her back in the end (get it) if she is using it to PROMOTE her birds. And Nava when people say that to me I say What are you talking to me for then? Go get them "better price" birds and see how that works out for ya!

I have a copyright notice posted on my website.
I wouldn't mind if people used my photos if they asked and gave me credit
but I'm longer granting permission based on my past experience with
people who think they can do whatever they want with your photos and articles.

Then you can sock it to her. Professional photographers have to do this dirty deed all the time. Tell her to take them down or it'll cost her. Thats why you copyright pictures, logo's etc. FOR protection. Done deal.

Oh I see it. That's not right... Maybe if a bunch of people overfilled their inbox with complaints, they'll take down the ones that don't belong to them

I just checked and its still there and no email reply as of yet.
Most likely most of the pics don't belong to them.
Oddly enough from their property photos they aren't hurting for money.
Seems like they would be able to come up with their own pics or have
the person who shot thier property take pics of their birds.
