Cottage Rose, I just love your photos and your Sebbies...lovely! I also had a question on feathering. I have two 2012 hatched colored Sebbies that have very modest feathering. I was hoping they would have had more. I suppose time will tell, but it doesn't appear at they are genetically programmed for profuse fears.

nonsuch you should have a pretty good idea by the time they're 5 - 6 months old. By then they will be poofy if they're going to be poofy with hopeful improvements to come.
But there's even hope for improvements with the smoothies, but they don't go from smooth to fully feathered.
