try some Barry White, good wine and candlelight maybe? (it probably won't help the laying issues but it might make you feel better)

We're in NJ- still cold here and a week ago- we didn't have anything from our Sebbies either- now between 2 girls, we've got 8 eggs....7 in my bator hoping to grow little spiders in them. I'll check in a day or 2 more...will sell the rest if they're fertile! Hang in there- they'll lay soon I bet!

Garth's Mail Order Bride arrived today safe and sound. She came bearing a gift... yes.. she sure did... She laid an egg in the shipping box :) on the way here. I put her in her 18 x 18 new yard alone and she got very vocal... I am like ok.. we will try to introduce her to Garth to see how it goes. MERCY.. his feet had bearly touch the ground and he was on top of her breeding.. I looked at him and said.. UMM you didn't read the same book I did .... did ya? lol

They appear to be very happy together :)

Thank you Amy :)

My geese would NOT go bed tonight. the stinkers. Anyone else having this problem? I usually direct them in with a long white stick. Didnt work tonite. The female wanted to bite it and go any where but where i wanted her to. twitterpated i guess

Yes, I have one goose setting in their coop and the others almost refuse to go into their coop at night. I know she does not come off the nest and attack them or anything, but she is very protective of her nest. I just get some help to herd them in. But yes mine are being stubourn too!

Renie, your babies are so pretty! Go Garth!

This is Suzette and Garth pictured yesterday after he <cough> formally introduced himself.. ;P

Lovely whites hope you well with them. Looks like your fellow was one desparate gander to breed her right out of the box..... More like Goose in the Box instead of Jack in the Box....
